Drew Snyder, a dual national of America and England has been practicing real estate for over 10 years. Before Sotheby’s International Realty acquired DBL Real Estate, Drew had worked in the Santa Monica office and then the Palisades office when it was opened. In reaction to changing marketing trends and a need to better serve clients, Drew has teamed up with friend and business partner Sarah Sutton to create Snyder Sutton Real Estate. Their company is now recognized as one of the top real estate companies in Topanga Canyon.

Sarah truly loves Topanga, in fact she is passionate about it. She was born and raised in England and moved to Los Angeles in 1983. By 1985, she became a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Sarah never felt quite at home in the city and then a Sunday afternoon drive took her through Topanga Canyon. At once, she knew she had found somewhere safe and beautiful to raise her three daughters. In 1995, she moved with her girls to Topanga.

Since 1999, Sarah has specialized in Topanga Real Estate and is fortunate to both live and work in the Canyon. As a Licensed Broker and a fulltime Realtor, Sarah’s positive and upbeat personality is well known in the canyon and her integrity, dedication, and honesty make it a pleasure doing business with her.
